Appendix III to Part 280 - Statement for Shipping Tickets and
Invoices Note.
A federal law (the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended),
requires owners of certain underground storage tanks to notify
implementing agencies of the existence of their tanks.
Notifications must be made within 30 days of bringing the tank into
use. Consult EPA's regulation at 40 CFR 280.22 to determine if you
are affected by this law.
