7.41 Certificates of label approval.

§ 7.41 Certificates of label approval.

(a) Requirement. No person may bottle or pack malt beverages, or remove malt beverages from the plant where bottled or packed unless an approved certificate of label approval, TTB Form 5100.31, is issued.
