§ 1427.20 Handling payments of $9.99 or less and collections not exceeding $24.99.
(a) Amounts of $9.99 or less will be paid to the producer only upon request.
(b) Total aggregate deficiencies of $24.99 or less involving the same facts or basis of liability, including interest, may be disregarded unless CCC demands in writing that they be paid.
