1223.22 Shelled pecans.

§ 1223.22 Shelled pecans.

Shelled pecans are pecans whose shells have been removed leaving only edible kernels, kernel pieces or pecan meal. One pound of shelled pecans is the equivalent of two pounds inshell pecans.
