Appendix A to Subpart C of Part 766 - FSA-2510, Notice of
Availability of Loan Servicing to Borrowers Who Are 90 Days Past
Due
This appendix contains the notification (form letter) that the
Farm Service Agency will send to borrowers who are at least 90 days
past due on their loan payments. It provides information about the
loan servicing that is available to the borrower. As stated below
on the notification, the borrower is to respond within 60 days from
receiving the notification (see § 766.101(b)(2) and (d)(2) for the
requirements). The notification is provided here as required by 7
U.S.C. 1981d.
