552.238-104 Dissemination of Information by Contractor.
As prescribed in 538.273(d)(28), insert the following clause:
Dissemination of Information by Contractor (MAY 2019)The Government will provide the Contractor with a single copy of the resulting Federal Supply Schedule contract award documents. However, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to furnish all sales outlets authorized to participate in the performance of the contract with the terms, conditions, pricing schedule, and other appropriate information.
