§ 201.0 Scope and applicability.
Link to an amendment published at 91 FR 48288, July 31, 2026.Titles I, X, XIV and XVI (as in effect without regard to section 301 of the Social Security Amendments of 1972) shall continue to apply to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. The term State as used in such titles means Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.
