62.10 Submission to Administrator.
§ 62.10 Submission to Administrator.Except as otherwise provided in § 60.23 of this chapter, all requests, reports, applications, submittals, and other communications to the Administrator pursuant to this part shall be submitted in duplicate and addressed to the appropriate Regional office of the Environmental Protection Agency.” The Regional offices are as follows:
