180.289 Methanearsonic acid; tolerances for residues.
§ 180.289 Methanearsonic acid; tolerances for residues.(a) General. Tolerances are established for residues of the herbicide methanearsonic acid, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table in this paragraph. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in this paragraph is to be determined by measuring only methanearsonic acid, from application of the disodium and monosodium salts of methanearsonic acid, calculated as the stoichiometric equivalent of As2O3, in or on the commodity.
