As stated in § 63.8790(a), you must comply with the emission limits in the following table:

1. Each existing, new, or reconstructed loop slitter adhesive use affected sourceNot use any HAP-based adhesives.
2. Each new or reconstructed flame lamination affected sourceReduce HAP emissions by 90 percent.
