Appendix B to Part 200 - The Action Requiring an Environmental
Assessment
The following actions are not considered to be major Federal
actions significantly affecting the quality of the human
environment and, therefore, require an Environmental Impact
Statement (EIS) nor are considered a categorical exclusion as
defined in these regulations and would require the preparation of
an Environmental Assessment (EA):
