Appendix G to Part 151
There is set forth below an itemization of typical eligible and
ineligible items of road construction covered by § 151.89 of this
chapter:
Typical Eligible Items
1. Entrance roads.
2. Service roads for access to public areas.
3. Service roads for airport maintenance (including perimeter
airport service road within airport boundary and not for general
public access).
4. Relocation of roads to permit airport development or
expansion or to remove obstructions.
Typical Ineligible Items
1. Offsite roads.
2. Roads to areas of exclusive use.
