§ 121.1205 How is a list of previously granted class waivers obtained?
A list of classes of products for which waivers for the Nonmanufacturer Rule have been granted is maintained in SBA Web site at: www.sba.gov/document/support-non-manufacturer-rule-class-waiver-list A list of such waivers may also be obtained by contacting the Office of Government Contracting, U.S. Small Business Administration, 409 3rd Street, SW., Washington, DC 20416, or the nearest SBA Government Contracting Area Office.
