760.1712 Overdisbursement.

§ 760.1712 Overdisbursement.

If the milk loss payment disbursed to an affected farmer exceeds the amount authorized under the regulations in this subpart, the affected farmer or manufacturer will be personally liable for repayment of the amount of such excess.
