§ 78.67 Familiarity with FCC rules.

Both the licensee of a cable television relay station (CARS) and the operator or operators responsible for the proper operation of the station are expected to be familiar with the rules governing CARS stations. Copies of the Commission's rules may be obtained from the Superintendent of Documents, Government Publishing Office, Washington, DC 20401, at nominal cost, or accessed online at https://ecfr.io or https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/browse/collectionCfr.action?collectionCode=CFR.
