§ 73.402 Acceptance of travel and subsistence.
Employees may accept and may utilize accommodations, subsistence, and travel in cash or in-kind from a non-Federal source in connection with official travel for attendance at meetings, conferences, training in nongovernmental facilities or for performing advisory services, only if approved in accordance with the provisions of the HHS Travel Policy Manual.
