248.10 Appeals from administrative actions.

§ 248.10 Appeals from administrative actions.

Any decision made by the Regional Director under this part shall be subject to appeal to the Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs, and any decision of the Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs on such an appeal may be appealed to the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with part 2 of this chapter.
