1428.1 Scope.

§ 1428.1 Scope.

This part sets forth procedures under which the Board, pursuant to 22 U.S.C. 4107(a)(5) enforce decisions and orders of the Assistant Secretary in standards of conduct matters arising under 5 U.S.C. 7120.
