2017.5 Expiration.

§ 2017.5 Expiration.

The Trade Preferences Extension Act of 2015 extended the AGOA until September 30, 2025 (Pub. L. 114-27, sec. 103, 129 Stat. 364). Accordingly, this part will expire on that date unless extended by statute.
