§ 302.16 Petitions for rulemaking.
Any interested person may petition the Department for the issuance, amendment, modification, or repeal of any regulation or guidance document, or for the Department to perform a retrospective review of an existing rule, subject to the provisions of 49 CFR 5.13(c) and 5.43.
